ABOUT NEW VISION PARTY
NVP was founded this year by 3 very successful Hewlett Harbor residents, who want to restore our village to it’s beauty and grandeur.
We noticed that there were systemic and ongoing failures among the elected officials who comprise the current village administration. They have lost sight of the imperative to keep Hewlett Harbor beautiful and safe community, for the benefit of all homeowners and their families.
It is no secret that our roads and infrastructure are severely neglected. We will make the right appropriations in the capital budget, to get the job done right, and in a timely fashion, without raising taxes.
The technology we use for virtual participation in public meetings must be brought up-to-date. People are spending more time at home, and that means a new and user-friendly system for them to have their say at meetings and hearings, in real-time,
from their homes. One of our first actions upon taking office will be to issue a request for proposals to design just such a system. More participation means a greater transparency, and enhanced diversity of ideas and perspectives. That is precisely what we need to properly advance with the times, on behalf of the residents we serve.
Safety has become a primary concern of our residents.. We will take none of the old assumptions for granted. The time for action is now. We won’t sit back and wait to be surprised by new levels of violence and crime. We will make sure our neighborhood is safe for everyone. We will immediately seek formal proposals for proactive anti-crime measures.
We need to stop talking about steps to prepare against flooding other consequences of severe weather conditions. We will cut the red tape and finally take action to improve and protect our public infrastructure.
Many of us don’t like to talk about it, but Hewlett Harbor home values have remained stagnant or declined in the past 15 years. You ever wonder why? It’s because of the uncertainties associated with living here. We pledge to resolve those uncertainties, and show the world that we are second to none as a prized and wholesome place to live and raise a family.
The time for action is now, and we offer the vision, leadership and resolve to get it done, right!

Today more than ever, residents needs have changed and we must change with the times. People are spending more time at home, and in our beautiful community. We need to be afforded all of the creature comforts of our neighborhood where we have our most valuable possessions: our homes. Home values have remained constant if not declined in the last 15 years. Wonder why?
QUALITY OF LIFE
Our goal is to keep HH beautiful, safe, and to improve the overall quality of life. Our roads and infrastructure are severely neglected. Our technology needs to be updated. We will make sure to have the safest neighborhood, best roads, and advanced systems to protect us from severe weather conditions.

NVP will look for open forum meetings, resident participation, new ideas, and innovative ideas from our residents:both old & new: as to how we can improve Hewlett Harbor

David Mosayov (Left)
David Mosayov started his career in the high-tech industry in 1992 before transitioning his knowledge into real estate investments in both NY & FL. David has been a Hewlett Harbor resident for 16 years. He is an active member and supporter of many charities. He is a long time supporter of Chabad of Valley Stream.His experience, passion for getting things done right, and his keen eye to detail is what makes him so special and unique.
Ron Austin (Center)
Ron Austin is a senior level executive in the mortgage industry. Since 1996, Ron has experienced much turmoil in his industry & has been able to successfully navigate and guide large corporations through hard times within the U.S economy. Ron has experience in finance, legal, and real estate matters. Ron is an active supporter of Chabad of Hewlett and was honored in 2019 for his contribution to the community. He is passionate with an eye for detail, and loves doing things the right way. His success in leading large groups will create an incredible environment for progress within Hewlett Harbor.
Kim Volman (Right)
Kim has over 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr.Volman created S&K Pharmacy with 5 locations in the NYC metro area specializing in pharmaceutical compounding, blister packing of medications & providing a full line of medical and surgical equipment to patients & doctors throughout the state
Kim brings over 20 years of business experience and personalized care to Hewlett Harbor. He is understanding of what it takes to provide operational expertise and safety to not only the workplace, but to his community.
